Boost Leak K04

Hey, first post on this side of the forum. I am usually in the regional section.

I have a K04'd B5 S4 and I am having some boost issues. I am suppose to be hitting 25/26psi but I am only reaching 19psi.

My shop has done a pressure test/smoke test and he said he couldn't find any leaks. In the past 6 weeks We have done Valve cover seals (Both sides), Throttle body boot & Diverter Valve. The only other thing I think it could be is the Bi-Pipe.

The guys at my shop have a Vag Com I'm sure. It's just they are so busy they can only check my car once a week & by the time parts come in, it is another week is wasted. They are also serving all my work trucks so I can't blame them for being so busy, that also takes time away from my car to be worked on.

As soon as they plug it in I can get you some info.

Yes I agree 25/25Psi it is a little bit high, but i do have two files. The first file only goes to 21/22 Psi (91 tune file) The second one goes to 25/26Psi (93 tune file).

I only use the 93 tune when i want to race people, otherwise i keep it in the 91 tune.

(Sorry for bad quality, shifting while recording isn't easy) Here is a video before I changed my diverter valves to 034's (At this point valve cover seals and throttle body boot have been done). I put the pedal to the metal only hitting 5psi, After shifting into the next gear I would hit back to 21psi (still not 26psi but still better then 5psi) After changing my diverter valves the 5psi issue has stopped but I'm still not hitting full boost. The shop said I wasnt getting any vacuum because of the old diverter valves.

You need to get a real me7 log to move forward with this. Compare boost requested vs boost actual. Atleast you are at sea level. What did your tuner say?

They still have not gotten back, as soon as it is fixed il give you guys an update on what the issue was.
