    Brake dust wheel protection

    Hello Gents,
Having mirror polished wheels, it's been difficult to keep them clean. Bit frustrating till you dont care, so now (after few weeks) you suddenly have Carbon Finish or Matte Black(dirty) wheels, depends on how hard you drive(kinda started liking them).

However, it accidentally picked up(and payed 3.99$) at some Ross a ArmorAll Wheel Protectant, which actually applied properly does exactly that, id est protection from road grime, brake dust. Had it on for a week, and wheels still sparkling.
    Thought i share this.
    Cheers,
    Bob

I like using PB Wheel Sealant. It gives a nice shine aside form protecting the rims from dust.

Word! Fell in love with my wheels again. Don't feel the itch for new wheels(for now), that's $2k savings, going towards some meaningful purpose:).

I bought these a month or two ago.
    http://http://www.chemicalguys.com/Wheel_Woolies_Brushes_p/acc_m10.htm?gclid=CIS3gKnP58wCFYhffgod0RkPhQ

Finally had a chance and used them this am, then at work I put it up on the hoist, cleaned them thoroughly whatever I Missed and sprayed away with that wheel protector.

The brushes cut the clean time in 1/2 or 1/4 what it used to take. It does glow with this stuff.... Hopefully it'll last a bit.
    Thanks for the tip Bob.

    After rain

Wheels still look great even after driving in torrential rain.
    Pretty good 3.99$ cosmetics buy!

I had Opti-coat on my car and the installer did my wheels also..so far its been awesome. Easy to clean. I can just wipe it with a towel if I wanted too.
