2007 Audi RS4

I am the second owner, I imported the car to Canada from the Reno area in 2009 with 26,000 miles.. it has 53,XXX miles now.
Never been winter driven and always stored indoors. I have the complete service history. I am a licence auto tech (teach in a college now) so I have been meticulous with the maintenance.

Details
Flat bottom steering wheel
JHM 91 oct tune
JHM short shifter
ECS rear diff mount and trans mount. Have the torque mount but is not installed yet.
Gutted precast (have original downpipes)
H- Pipe (have original resonator and pipes)
H&R lowering springs, DRC recall has been performed (have original springs)
LED tail lights (have original lights)
New 275/30/19 tires 1000 miles ago
3M on front of car and rocker panels
Carbon cleaned/intake spacers/ plugs/ fuel filter 3000 miles ago

The bad:
dime sized chip in rear bumper that was touched up by original owner
wheels are original and have not be refinished so they have some small scrapes, nothing major just wanted to mention
drivers seat side bolster has some wear
