Up for sale is a 1st generation (MK1) Audi RNS-E unit (4B0 035 192P) with an A3/S3 faceplate featuring the new chrome buttons. Unit will come with a working copy of a maps DVD, a 2MB non-HD SD card, Fakra antenna converter and quad lock adapter. What is will not come with is the GPS receiver (~$15 on eBay).
Unit is fully functional and only issue is cosmetic - the radio antenna outer fitting has a chipped plastic piece; the inner connection is intact. I tested it fully and signal works fine.
Unit is a converted Euro unit that was original manufactured for a C5 A6. I needed it to swap faceplates for my RNS-E MKII that I put in my C5 allroad. As shown in the photos, it has no issues reading and providing direction for US locations. It will also come with Security PIN code.
As with any new hardware introduced into your Audi, you will most likely need to recode your vehicle after it is installed to unlock full functionality.
