2002 A4 vescm j519 interchange and/or pinout

Hey guys I have a weird one. 2002 A4 with the following components not working:

headlights (high and low)
fog lights
turn signals
horn
wipers
windows

I looked at the bentleypublishing pdf and found that all of the components are related to this "vehicle electrical system control module j519". I'm seeing (2) 12v signals to the module, hi/low can, and ground, all of which are present. What I don't see is any key-on circuit. So a pinout (if one is available) would be a huge help.

Also, come to find out, another shop had diagnosed this as the j519. They told the owner of this car that it needed a j519, the guy didn't like the price, and the guy bought one from ebay. It didn't work.

Original module: 8e0907279f date 1/10/2003 b2t3k01ajk
ebay module: 8e0907279f date 9/1/2009 b2s9a09a1y

I did some searching and found that these modules are listed as 02-05 and 06-09. So I'm thinking that maybe the module isn't compatible for this 2002. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well nothing new to report. Checked alldata for more info and got nothing. Cruised several vag forums and got nothing.

I've got several choices now:

Get a vagcom, and a shop manual

or

Module swapping with a known good b6 a4
