    Side Skirts

God... I hate even considering this, but it seems like a better option than getting this fixed. When I bought the car (certified), it had a little dent in the rocker panel. I thought it was just for the jack point, but upon closer inspection (what I should have done before) it turned out to be an actual dent from someone reversing into a curb (I couldn't imagine any other way... it's right behind the wheel). This wasn't noted on the certified documentation, and it's been almost a month since I bought the car, so I highly doubt I'd get anywhere with Audi. It seems like an expensive repair, so I think covering it up with the most "subtle" side skirts I can find is the best way to go. It didn't break through paint (or whatever that wrinkle stuff they use is) so I'm not worried about rust.

    I came up with this:

Anyone have experience with these guys? I tried searching and I couldn't find anything on the forums.

They didn't look like they flowed too well with the stock front/rear bumpers. Do you have any pics of them?

+1 on going OEM as well

I think they look good whether you have the S-Line bumpers or not. Plus if your car is a common color, you might be able to get a pair from a junkyard that dont need to be painted again. Check carparts.com as well.

I thought OEMs were a little spendy compared to these. I say try them out and snap some pics for us.

Read some reviews on other forums for other cars.. Apparently they're known for fitment issues and usually require modification and additional fiberglass. I love the design but I don't want to waste my money on an inferior product. I'll probably just save for the OEMs since they look pretty good on kdaffys car.

The blades are cool, but they won't really solve the problem of hiding the dent. Thanks, though, your car is beautiful.

    :edit:

Now that I'm on my laptop and can zoom in on detail a little better, I can now see that he didn't have the skirts on in the pic I found. Oops.

only reps i've seen are on ebay. I'd personally just sack up the extra and get OEM for the fit and finish.
