What is this called and where can I get a new one?

I call it a bumper lip but I feel like that's not right. Either way it's seen better days and I really need a replacement, anyone know where I can grab one that isn't some cheap ebay knock off that doesn't sit flush on the car? Might also need those grille pieces for the fog lights as one fell off on the highway and the other one is cracked.

It's called a 'front valance' you can get them from ECS and other suppliers along with the grilles.
