Any advise? I'm narrowing between Rocky mount Tomahawk and Thule 594 XL. Design wise, they are both the same, price Rocky mount is cheaper that's why I'm asking if it affects the quality? thanks in advance!

I am a huge fan of the Thule... I have carried everything from a featherweight roadie to a DH rig on the roof... even a fat bike once or twice :) Not saying the other lacks in any format, but I have always trusted Thule and they have never let me down.

I was highly impressed with the construction of my RockyMount pitchforks. They used metal in places that are plastic on a Yakima or Thule tray. Plus I got two Euro Pitchforks and four locks for less than the price of one Thule or Yakima mount. RM stuff is currently 30% of right now too.

Im using Audi bars and the Rockymounts Tierod.Great tray very stable.I use to have the Thule lower end trays and they seem to rock in strong wind.

I have the Thule Sidearm but saw the new Rocky Mt Brass Knuckles last week in person and loved them. I plan on getting them, the build quality and looks crush the Thule. The sidearm is dated looking IMO.
