Quite a bit of money has been spent there for front fascia and rear bumper in CF. The hood stripes are hideous however.

Isn't that the replica diffusor (that only fits non sline/a6 models)?
Front looks it has wider fenders so could be OEM stuff....
No mather what it is, it looks decent (beside the stripes and badge)

I wish they would change the color to anything else. Then it would be my favorite C7.

Also there's a blue 2016 S6 with the RS6 Widebody conversion done in my new neighborhood. I was on a date so I didn't snap any pictures, but I'm pretty sure it's the sex symbol of car pornography.

the build threads on these wide body cars are a joke. no real information, no contribution to the community.

you can buy the whole package of parts from europrice for 21 grand but whats the fun in that should be able to source used and discounted oem for less then 10k

The rs6 sedan is a friend of mine. He is big into the Porsche scene, this is his daily. He ordered all the parts new from Germany, it was nuts watch the DHL trucks come in with Huge packages from Germany. . You can see he even did the RS Steel rotors and calipers. Also, the car is not a 16 its a 14 or 15 I forget. He was telling me how big of a pain in the a$$ the headlights were to retrofit. He just mounted these winter wheels and tires. He usually runs the OEM rs6 wheels. Enjoy!

CMG has everyone beat with the MOST extensive conversion of them all. most of these conversions are s6 motors with some bolt on turbos and s-tronic trans. CMG did a full drive train swap with motor trans and all.

Personally, I would've kept the DSG over the ZF. Most would agree who've driven both.

Agreed but I’m CMG’s case, I believe the car started it’s life off as a TDI and he sourced the engine and trans together

It was 3.0T afaik and afaik the only official 'limosine' on legal papers :).
Some how no idea how much parts went in his build, not to mention the double upgrade (performance) parts.
Plus he is a true enthausiast and good guy :).

I’ve driven both ( project car was 3.0T with S-tronic) and if my objective was not to actually make an C7/ C7.5 RS6 with official homologation and recognition from Audi ( which was needed in order for the car to be homologated) i might have considered it.

Although that meant upgrading the clutches at least.

Below some pictures of the S-tronic upgrades needed in order to sustain 1000+ nm. Don’t know if the rear differential would have needed some upgrades as well...

Can you share more about the clutch upgrades you mentioned? I’m in the early stages of planning my Stage III move, and I’m keen to have knowledge about any available DSG upgrades to hold that much torque. My searching has, to date, turned up very little.
