Been shopping for brakes the past couple of days for my 07 A3 8P. So far I'm favoring Hawk pads and rotors. Also in mind are brembo and stop tech. would like to hear any experiences as well as any brands I may have overlooked. This is my first Audi am I being too picky? Other in is she is a 2.0T auto current APR flashed stage 1.

    Thanks in advance.

I had an S-Line 08 and remember several good options for your chassis. If you want a step up from the OEM setup, go with cross hatched rotors and EBC's yellow pads. This should give you very good bite and is more than adequate for the street and light track. If you want to go even further, upgrade the entire front brake calipers to the R32. You can get the complete setup for about $1K. It's a substantial upgraded, going from either a 288mm or 312mm to 345mm rotor and R32 calipers.

Thanks, I'll check those out now. I will look into upgrading when I get a lil more HP. I'll research the R32 vs. RSTT. Thank you for your help.
