What wheels are these?

Howdy folks,
Could use a little help....I can't find the name of the factory wheels on my 2009 A4 Avant. I had a front lower control arm bust on me (suspension, front drive shaft, wheel well body work is bent, a month in the shop with insurance vs Audi fighting over parts (insurance wants them to use used/aftermarket parts)...ugh), and now they say the one wheel itself it screwed up also. So I need to do a hunt for a new wheel, but I can't find the name of this wheel. I suspect you guys can help... :D

I'm not sure what the name is, but this appears to be the part number: 8K0601025D. There are many on eBay.

Here's one for $150 that looks to be in good shape
