So I ordered the Enlaes spoiler and diffuser over a month and a half ago from ECS Tuning. I received the diffuser and there were manufacturing defects so I sent it back. It's now been a month since I've sent it back and don't really have any idea when I'll be getting it. ECS said they "have a note that Enlaes said they shipped it but they don't have any tracking on it". Every week the part shows that it's arriving and then shipping to me but it doesn't and the cycle repeats. Now the spoiler did ship and I should have it when I get home. I even tried calling Enlaes about 10 times and they never answer and I sent them a message through their contact form on the website and never got a reply. I do want the diffuser but this is just getting ridiculous now. I'd rather at least just have them come out and say "sorry.....I know there are delays but you'll have it in xyz time". It's as if they don't even exist at this point. Has anyone else had this happen or had horrible communication with them?
On the other hand, ECS Tuning has been great and has tried to answer my questions on this.
