A6 245HP vs 313HP

So what exactly is the difference between the 245HP or even the 204HP and 313HP versions of the A6? I know the block is the same but does the 313HP version have different turbos, maybe different injectors or is it just tuned higher while running the same parts?

This is the right forum. Most of the members on this forum are in the USA and unfortunately we don't have access to all the engine options your market offers.

Can you share the engine sizes of each of those HP offerings you mention? Are they all 2.0 petrol/gas engines?

I'm guessing he's talking about diesel engines since he's from norway too. The 313hp has two turbos, larger intercooler and bigger injectors. The 245hp has one turbo. My dad had a A7 with the 313hp tuned with Revo. It had around 370hp and as much torque as a original RS6/7.

So if anything, I'd go with the 313hp. I absolutely loved that engine.

Go with 313 bi-turbo, it's awesome. It's easily can be flashed to 390hp and near 800Nm. I'm sad that audi providing only single turbo 245hp diesels for Russia

it's diesel ) stock singleturbo 245hp diesel engine is coming 580Nm from the factory after MY13. My flashed single turbo with revo flash and minor mods is 327hp/700Nmon the dyno, according to the racelogic it's 4,8 0-100kmh and 13.3 1/4 mile.

there is link to previous dyno in my sig, only reflash - 310bhp and 690Nm
