No experience with them, but a couple potential red flags. That car is not "fully loaded" unless the previous owner swapped out the steering wheel to one without radio controls; my B6 A4 had them. The other thing is that they indicate that the timing "belt" was recently changed, but I believe the 4-cylinder engine has a chain, whereas the 3.0 (my old engine) has a belt. Ask for all the service records, check the CarFax, and have your own PPI done.
Also, the price seems crazy high for that many miles. Unless there is a rarity value added to the Avants, that thing should be closer to $7k. I think I got ~$4.5k for my loaded 6-speed 3.0 A4 with 78k miles last year when I traded it in, just to give you another data point.
