Muffler shop in Sacramento area

Looking for, hands down, the best muffler shop in Sacramento. I've gone to many muffler shops over the years only to see the booger bird-poop welds and hackery bends by the time they're done. Are there any shops that take pride anymore? Shops that'll tig weld and mandrel bend??

Muffler tech, but i am not sure if they tig weld.

There is SVS, i never had any work done there, but they have good ratings.

I had my exhaust done with them. Very happy with it. He's basically a one man shop so you'll have to call and make an appointment and it's normally in the afternoon or weekend. There's more back story of why but long story short his dad passed away a while ago and he's continuing the business and it's not his full time job.
