    A8 20" wheel setup on 13' Allroad

    Hello,

Looking for some help before I purchase a set of 20" OEM wheels from an A8 L (sport package). 20x9 et46 (offset) 5x112 57.1 hub bore

They have a small amount of curb rash, so I'd like to get them refinished prior to placing them on the AR. They're $600 and I feel like this is a decent price, granted they only have some curb rash and are true w/ no bends.

No drop yet, but have been looking at the B12 system for the A4 Avant.

    Will these wheels fit?
Would spacers be needed? Or any other suspension/wheel modifications?
With the proposed B12 system would these wheels be a good fit for the AR (i.e., rubbing)?

I've been swooning over this set up (can't remember where I found the picture, sorry if it's yours!) after picking up my car last month (13' AR silver metallic).

    Thanks guys!

The wheels should "fit". Rubbing issues depend on the amount of drop and your suspension set up as long as the wheels don't interfere, which they shouldn't on the allroad. However, depending on the look you are going for, ET46 on a 9" wheel is going to be pretty deep into the wheel wells, i.e. opposite of flush. I have 20x9's with a ET25, and I needed 12.5 mm spacers to push them out to almost flush. If you want to tuck them in, that's a different story. If you want flush, you are about 33mm away from the cladding to be flush. That's a lot of ground to make up.

If the wheels you're picking up are indeed a 57.1CB, they WILL NOT fit your AR unless you want to run non-hub centric spacers. The AR CB is 66.67.

I would double check the A8's CB. If they are 66.67, then yes, they will fit but you will have to run at least a 20mm hubcentric spacer. Our AR is a 26ET offset. As good as the rims may look, personally, I would not run them because the offset is just too high.

Thanks guys for your prompt responses. I'll stay away from them due to the aforementioned rubbing issues and compatibility concerns.

Oops. Glossed over the CB. My bad.

Arent those the same as the Hartman HRS4-252-GS? Looks they have it in a 20X9 et25 that would work perfectly on the AR.

Nice, thanks for the link. Wasn't aware of Hartmann wheels and from my search they seem reputable. Gonna work on trying to give the car a mild drop first (leaning towards the B12 prokit) and have a slew of questions but I'll save them for another time.

I have Hartmann's. 20x9 ET 25. Fit perfect for me (with 12.5mm spacers).
