    Part number is the same so should fit right?

    They are definitely different engines. But if the part numbers are the same, they MIGHT work.

    These rs5 parts on eBay have the same part number.

    Which car do you have since you're in the UK .. is it the B8 A4 3.0 TSFI ?

    That part number seems to be a catch all on Ebay for anything.. i see A4 2.0's.. to RS6 .. i'm going to venture on a limb and say even though the part numbers seem the same it will not fit

    yes b8 s4. The part number could be for the resonator piece part and not the full assembly
