Does anyone know how many turns of adjustment the front and rear shocks have? Right now they are on the car and I turned the rears back 3/4 turn and the fronts back 1/2 turn. Trying to get 75% rear and 50% front stiffness.

I believe it is 3 full turns. I would suggest against going more than 1.5 turns on either front or back.

All you are adjusting is rebound so the stiffer it is the slower the rebound which is not good on uneven road surfaces.
