    Only ppl that I know that fabricate, customise and I'm sure an rebuild a turbo would be tyrolsport . I'm sure there are other locations as well, but that's all the people I know.

    I can recommend a place that I sent several of my turbo out before to get rebuilt. Its not in NYC. its in VA. He does great work and has done many members here. http://timsturbos.com/ if your interested. You have to ship part to him. His shipping is fast and the turn around time is even faster
