Audi Q7 2009 Navigation Update

Hey Guys,

My Q7 has some old navigation maps and now its become really hard to driver around with gps. So do you guys have any idea how I can update my gps ?. I want latest maps for Canada. Asked Audi dealer and they asking 900$, do I really need to pay that much ?. Hope some one can give me some hints.
