doesn't that broken hose go to the vacuum canister?

It Connects underneath that plug on the right in the second picture. Underneath where the blue hose goes. I can't find what part it is to replace it.

That looks like the vacuum solenoid valve that controls the intake changeover valve (the part that rotates inside the intake when the engine reaches ~4200 rpm).
