    Audio file to find rattles?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
My car goes to shop next week for some work and I have a rattle that I can't reproduce accurately.

Does anyone have (or know where to go) to find audio files that have differing frequencies to test and find the rattle? Thanks.

Do you have HUD? I had a somewhat high pitched resonating noise coming from HUD on certain roads and ONLY if the outside temp was 80 or hotter.

download a pink noise mp3. Play that. It plays all frequencies equal in energy.

Get a signal generator app and connect via Bluetooth. It will be very useful. I need to do the same.

Which one did you get? There are multiple signal generator apps on playstore. I want to find that one stupid rattle that seems to be coming from driver footwell area.
