Hit me up if you want a dongle. I have a brand new unopened unit still in the shipping box. Completely unopened.

Both ask me why but i bought two. :)

i will sell it slightly cheaper than APR or any other vendor out there. Probably in the 180 shipped. But i am returning to the US on the 18th if you want to wait so i can give you the model/part number.

Thanks for the offer. I need to check shopping rates from US, to my side of the pond.

Reason I ask is ; On VCDS, I literally get 4 or 5 lines (on the .csv file) of data when logging. I mostly log in 3rd or 4th. I hope that the APR dongle is better. Tx

no you misunderstood me. I live in NYC! LOL!

I had ordered one from APR directly and it was backordered. In the meatime i really needed one for an event and i found one at another store shipped overnight. Eventually i got the one from APR and never opened it!

Is this the thing that allows you to switch easily between tune files? I'd take that for $180 shipped. PM me.

I have an APR dongle for my S6. It works.
OP - there's something funky going on with your VCDS. You should be able to get a lot more data. I'd troubleshoot that with the Ross-tech folks first.

There are some settings you need to enable to get better resolution while logging. This might help you if you haven't seen it yet.

    Hi guys

    I need some help please.
I received my APR mobile dongle today.
I plugged it into my APR tuned RS6. My iPhone 6 and 6s both on iOS 9.3.1 can not see the APR dongle on Bluetooth. I tried my iPad and have the same issue. The weird part is my laptop can see the device listed as WT12-A.

I am confused. How do I get my iPhone to work ?

    Thanks

Also don't forget that if your phone is Bluetooth connected to the car, you can't then Bluetooth connect it to another device.

You can only have one active BT connection to your device at a time.

Yes.. on the S6/S7, it should be 5x or greater and with more variables.

Incorrect. I log with the dongle and listen to music from my phone simultaneously all the time. It was designed specifically to allow this.

WT12-A is the bluetooth chip we use on the dongle. That shouldn't be showing up. It sounds like you got a bad one. :(
Give us a ring and we'll RMA it for you.

One last benefit to add with APR mobile is that you can immediately email anywhere you want without having to go through saving, retrieving and transferring the log.

This is very beneficial for Mac users. It also negates the requirement for a buggy windows laptop for logging.

Can you log vehicle speed with the APR dongle or do 0-60 or 1/4 mile acceleration tests? Oh, and do you need an APR tune to make use of the APR dongle logging? I'm considering getting the APR tune but not just yet. My new MY16 S6 has just 1000 miles on it and I want to wait at least until after the 1 year/5000 mile service.

Vehicle speed is in there. It works fine with stock.

We haven't added specific 0-60 or 1/4 tools yet, but that's something on the todo list.

I've heard that APR Mobile is a little buggy with the A7/S7 platform. Is that true?

It's not supported on the A7. Works great on the S7.
