2005 Tail Light replacement

Have you guys ever bought any tail lights from Ebay. I see a pair a tail lights for $300 with free shipping from UNO.
Has anyone bought these before or recommend them or somebody else. I need the Leds.

Just buy the OEM for an extra $74 I did they work great old ones were cracked but worked fine.
