    :: ECS Tuning :: ECS RA4 240mm Clutch Conversion Kits | Audi B5 A4 1.8T

    Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!

    Give your B5 A4 1.8T the clutch it deserves. We've assembled three very special clutch packages built around the ECS Tuning RA4 lightweight flywheel.

    Mate our low mass flywheel - weighing in at only 12 pounds to be exact to a bigger 240mm clutch. Choose S4, RS4, or Clutch Masters RS4 clutch kits for a smooth, powerful clutch/flywheel package that revs faster but won't forget its manners in traffic.

    No modifications required. Bolt them on and go, with complete kits that include everything you need, right down to fresh bolts and a clutch alignment tool.

    Im looking for a clutch in the near future. Im running a F21 Mixed flow with a 550cc Motoza tune, what kit would you recommend? I am still on a stock clutch with ~ 20k miles so I know its coming soon. I feel like I'm currently not putting all the power to the wheels. I haven't dyno'd it but I doubt I'm higher than the 250-2750 crank torque range.

    I would go with the rs4 clutch kit. Those motor made more power then you are so should be a good fit.

    Stage 2 with the B5 RS4 pressure plate and disc would be perfect for you. Will be plenty of clutch to hold the set up you're running now and then some if you plan on upgrading in the future.

    I'm using the stage 1 with your same set up Sac. It's plenty for me.
