I just saw this. Raffle for brand new STaSIS Engineering Tracksports suspension. $22.50

Only 100 tickets sold it looks like.

Hmmm... I can't justify throwing $22.50 away on an online raffle. Not saying they would scam anyone but you never know.

They are a very reputable company though. I wouldnt worry about it. Or you could just pay $1900 I guess.

Im not going to say anything, but Ive heard a lot of stories going on with avvalon lately. I wouldnt trust it.

what do you mean it doesn't say? right at the top of the raffle page is says in big, red lettering that its for Stasis Track Sport suspension... B5 only

probably would have had an easier time selling tickets for $10 and selling 200...

they are making a profit on this $22.50 x 100 = $2250 and the suspension is 1900 (and even at that cost they make a profit)

That's what Im saying. And I think they had almost 100 as of yesterday. Zev will probably do another one soon due to the response.

Who cares if they make a profit, like you said they will make one anyways. It is just a chance to get a sweet return on a small investment.

I meant what the raffle money goes too. Charity? Themselves? Probably themselves...I think i'm confusing their raffle with a charity event...

I think 600/700 is the normal B5 A4 spring rates for the street sports. I think it goes up a little for the tracksports.

I think that the issue here is that most people relate raffle to charity, not to profit. I know that I certainly do.

Good for them for making money, but I think that it's misleading in an off sort of way.

As of 3:00 mdt this Thurs afternoon there are 5 raffle tickets left. The drawing will be held at 100. I will try to find out and post when the raffle will be held.

i had a good experience from avalon...

my product was not in stock, was taking a while to get to avalon for them to send it to me, the guy kept calling me and updating me on my order, i dont care if its late as long as i know whats going on...i knew my product wasnt in stock when i ordered it....

thats good service in my opinion, someone else may think differently..

experience was good so far.i ordered the ticket and got an email from one of the guys there saying they didnt have my veri code for the CC in a few hours. very quick response so far.

i heard the guy who owns avalon (zav is his name i think), used to be a pro weightlifter, but other than that he usually takes care of me.

you guys should just buy a couple more tickets to double, or even triple your chances !!!!!

I have met Zev and doubt that he was a pro lifter but hey you never know.

hahahahah, he is going to love to see this in his mail box. He was an olympic caliber downhill skier, but this might help motivate his new workout regime. And his name is Zev. They have been working through some internal changes at Avalon but Zev is busting his ba!!s to ensure great customer service and quality products. Sorry to hear about the bad experience, that happend with any company anywhere over the course of time

Actually he has one of the fastest S4's in the country. 440 hp at the wheels, and winner of the Euro-Tuner Grand Prix. It has been featured in several Mags and will be in Euro-Tuner again in December.

BTW, it is Zev not Zav
