Car is in pristine condition, very clean inside and out, non-smoker, no pets. Engine runs very smooth, no issues. Selling due to "growing family", car a little too small for rear facing car seat

Garage stored most of the time as I have a home office. Car is detailed every 6 months (spring & fall), car wash every week (handwash - even in winter at coin operated car wash), Always on Premium (Octane 91/93) gas.

Goodies on the car includes front/rear fog lamps, sunroof, 6-CD changer with XM satellite, heated front seats, 60/40 fold-down rear seats, heated side mirrors, etc.

Recent completed maintenance on the car includes
- new battery (audi - bought from dealer) - November 2014
- new front and rear brakes - December 2015
- timing belt replacement @ 140,000KM

Emission Test completed earlier this year (January 2016) for license plate renewal. Safety can be made available upon sale of the vehicle. (don't foresee any issues at all as I have pretty new brakes and tires >60% thread)

Willing to include a set of Pirelli winter tires with 17" Audi OEM alloy rims (see photos)

I am not familiar with that. is that something that needs to be changed during one of the scheduled maintenance? If it is, I can look up on the receipts.

Assuming this is a 2.0T engine, you should get that checked and changed. Hopefully there isn't a hole through it because if it is, sorry bud the car just lost more than half of what you are trying to sell it for.

It's a $70 piece from the dealer, get it done for peace of mind. Google the issue and you'll see what I mean!

Just had it checked on the weekend - the existing cam follower was still good condition ... but since we had it opened, changed to a new one anyway. Thx for the good advice!
