will we be ensnared in the Takata recall?

they just announced a big and growing addition to the Takata airbag recall list. at first there weren't a lot of VAG cars, but that has grown and now 2006-2009 A4 Cabrios are included.

we'll have to wait and see wether B6/B7 A4s & S4s will be included! for now the NHTSA's site doesn't include the cars from today's announcement, but it will be updated soon:

I think we will, my 07 A3 got this notice, same exact bag as my RS4 as I can tell.

I got my Takata recall notice from Audi for my RS4 yesterday.

i know the airbag control module is Bosch, but i'm not sure about the actual airbags themselves. however, if several other Audis around the same time have been added... the sharks are circling!
