I have a 2011 Audi A5 2.0t and the engine needs pistons and rings because of oil consumption
i found a cheep 3.0t engine out of a 2011 s4 and I've checked all the wiring using Audi certified service manuals which I bought online and its exactly the same
now the only thing i would be worried about is the can bus protocol communication between the different modules through out the car
does anybody know how to readdress these other modules such as the abs, transmission control module, airbags ect.?
I called rosstech and they told me that you can see what modules are communicating to each other
and most of the modules have the same part number as the s4

if anybody has any insite to what im trying to do please let me know
