they should fit fine
your OEM wheels are 8.5" wide with an offset of 33
these are 8.5" wide with an offset of 32
so you're talking 1mm difference

are these the wheels on your SQ5?

here is a pic of a Q5 with these wheels, looks good


no, no curb rash
they don't need to be refinished
it's just that some parts have more shine on them than others due to the pealing clear coat
but for a winter set, I think they would be great
and you can't beat OEM quality
