After going back and forth between a fully loaded 2017 A4 and a 2016 Prestige A6. Today I put a deposite on a glacier white 2016 Pristige A6. It is lacking the Night Vision, $5K radio, Massaging seats and cold weather package (heated front, not heated rear seats and not heated steering wheel). Other wise every option and it is only slightly more than the A4. Also has the brown seats; which is a nice touch, coming from a guy who cant do the tan interior in any car. So now I need guidance; I think just wheels and air ride. Was contimplating a tune but would like everyones experiance with warranty issues when modifying. This is my first Audi so open to all sugestions. Im located in Phoenix AZ. Thanks in advance.

Wheels and tires depends on your budget, but look for a 20x9 wheel with 35mm offset and 265/35/20 tires. An ECU tune can potenially void your warranty on issues that come up with the engine and transmission, but this is looked at on a case by case basis. You can also remove the tune if you have an issue that comes up, but this can sometimes be a pain.

There you are! Welcome to the club! Good to see you on here Thomas. Well put out your wheel budget and there are a lot of options. Those stock wheels look great tbh. Also, there is no tune for the C7.5 A6/7 yet. Tuners are still working on cracking the ECU code.

I'm somewhat open on budget. I really would rather not spend $1k per wheel but it's all about what options I have. I've not bought a set of wheels in a long time. Normally I keep stock wheels. I want an air ride so not sure stock will look right?

If you are on a budget go with VMR wheels. The VMR 708 and 710 look great on Audi vehicles, are a perfect fitment and come in 3 finishes; silver, black, gunmetal. They also will fit an Audi center cap. The 708 is a replica of the RS style twin 7-spoke wheel.

    Nice car - enjoy.

As far as tune goes. I had a APR tune on my S6 - loved it.
