I'm curious what the review is with someone who actually has the coilover set.

I've been in contact with them, but they haven't had an S3 to R&D the springs on. Reviews from the Golf R side have been positive, and the price point is definitely more appealing than the MSS Kit.

They're located near Folsom if anyone out there wants to be the guinea pig...

yeah agreed. the MSS is over priced. MSS lacks info such as how much spring rates are on those. ground control will tell you what they have and also allow you to custom order what ever you want in regards with spring rates. they also told me they are willing to sell me helper springs for the front is so desire. I don't get how anyone can buy a product without being allowed to know the specs??

MSS hides their info such as spring rates. if you don't believe me just ask them or any of their vendors. they will say they don't know or the owner will not let them know what it is and charge you like they are full coilovers with brand new shocks. I thought MSS was the way to go but hell no! I can get two of the ground control for the same price of MSS. BTW they both use eibach springs. so there is nothing better or worse than the other. so why the hell pay for more.

also ground control has lifetime warranty.
