    Hello guys,
I took my turbo off because the bearing had a play.
Shipped it to the adress that Doug gave me.
They received the turbo the 15th April.
Now because apparently i dindt put ANY NOTE IN THE BOX so i waited arround 13days so they could find it(BUT THEY ALREADY RECEIVED IT ALL THAT TIME.
They were asking my name more then 3 times & gave them the description of the box multiply times same thing for the tracking number.
Finally found my turbo. And Doug says it will get shipped arround the 28-29th April.
So i waited till now and still no turbo back.
The last email he sended to me was : Did you mean to send this? It was shipped over a week ago. What does the tracking say? ....
LOL Seriously Doug? You never gave me any traacking number...
Few minutes later i go on my mail and i receive the USPS notification and nothing has been shipped....RIDUCULOUSSS
Last time dealing with your stuff. But i just checked NOW at least after all that time it has been shipped the May 1st.
But im still unhappy,i had to run after them everyday to get it back.

I went through something similar with mine. I bought the turbo in late December, a few days after the purchase I asked Doug if I could add on the hardware package which he took care of no problem. I ended up getting charged twice for the hardware kit but I believe that was my own fault as i thought it didnt go through. The turbo didn't end up shiping until mid/late January due to supply issues. When it finally arrive there it was missing the hardware kit. Doug said he would overnight it to me, which he did, but it was delayed due to supply issues again. I finally had all the parts in late February and started the project only to find that the hardware kit was missing the turbo to manifold studs. Doug overnighted those to me the next day luckily. I think I just had a stroke of bad luck as it was when Doug was moving his operation to Oregon and he could have been overwhelmed with that. His communication, knowledge, and customer service was great, but I think he was spread pretty thin when I placed my order. After a few months and almost 5k miles I still feel I made a great decision going with this turbo. I will buy again when my B6 turbo finally dies.
