Pls explain this Audi service work order

I've been going through all the work orders from the previous owner today and I would like some help in knowing what exactly was done in this specific service.

It seems relevant because ever since I've owned the B7, it has this loud ticking sound in the engine, and it looks like this may have been diagnosed in the service on this receipt for 9/22/15 which was less then 1 month before I bought it. Here's the work order.

LOL --"suddle." I hope this tech is better in mechanics than in English.
Sounds like you averted disaster BUT some damage was done if there are still noises.
Looks like you're in for one helluva bill and there still may exist a distinct possibility of total engine failure due to other undiagnosed issues?
    Wow, good luck.
I'm not sure they found all that might be wrong.

Yea I mean I'm confused as to whether they fixed the ticking sound or not. And if they did am I hearing something else? The service rep told me it was a noisy cam tensioner when I spoke with him before buying the car.

Well that would make sense, and you should definitely change it. If the tensioner is toast, you will destroy the cam chain and then the motor.

That description was actually very good, I wish the service reps in my business were as detailed in the work done.

Basically he heard the noise and felt it was due to chain rattle due to not enough oil pressure to the tensioners up top . So he replaced the oil pump housing and sprocket. .

When I have my mechanic replace the cam tensioner, am I correct in assuming the fuel pump is close by? If I'm planning to get a stage 2 HPFP in the future, would that be the time to do it?
