    There is a small plastic component attached to the rear right side of the fuel rail, not to the fuel line itself, but attaches to the small vacuum line on the rail, Can anyone tell me what it is and what it does? Pic attached:

    The one I have was burned due to a small engine fire- no part number available-in any case it is the black plastic part in the pic. What is the function of that part?
