2002 2.7T rear spindle #; is it the same as the front?

2002 Audi A6 2.7T 6-speed. My driver rear spindle is in need of a replacement. ECS has the rear part number as 4D0407615. There does not seem to be too many options out there except to go OEM for big money. I have checked autozone, advance auto, rockauto, and dorman for replacement spindles. There seems to be a limited number for the rear. When I checked dorman, they list the front spindle (4B0407613) only. When I checked the details and compatibility of the front spindle, it says the front spindle can be used in the same era A4 and Passat with awd. It says the spindle can be used on both the front and rear of the above mentioned A4s and awd Passats. For the A6, it is listed as front only, for the non armored vehicle obviously. My question(s) is(are) - are there any other part numbers listed for the rear driver spindle? where can I source the rear spindle? Is the rear the same as the front spindle? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

The part number for the rear spindle is 8E0 505 435 P. It is definitely not the same as the front. You can replace the bearings separately and the bushings. You should not need the entire spindle unless it's bent.

I deleted the letters. usually the letters are generations as they are updated. easier to search without letters on the end.

anyway, dorman says they don't make a rear hub for my car. partsgeek.com lists the same Ruville hub for both front and rear 2002 A6 Quattro. the V8 is a different part number and size all together. I don't exactly trust partsgeek. and there must be someone who makes the rear hub for less than the black market price of my left kidney. I favor the right one, ok.
