I've heard good things about dr color chip. Tried using it over the weekend though and I guess there was still wax over the chip and it didn't work as well as it should have

Definitely use Dr. Color Chip. I do detailing as a strong hobby/side job and I always order it up when working on cars. Customers are amazed at how perfectly it matches and blends.

From what I can tell they do. When you order from their site you have to enter the year, make, and model of your car along with the color

+3 on Dr. Color chip. Used it on my S4 and Tacoma. Easy to use and great results. My wife has done some on the Tacoma, and she commented on how much better it was than the factory junk.

I used a company called touchupdirect purchased through Amazon on two cars (just search your paint code) and had great results. Decent ammount of paint in each tube and has not clumped up despite numerous openings/uses.
