Got me some new wheels and tires for the summer - TSW Bathurst gunmetal

I decided to try the TSW Bathurst in gunmetal with my Sepang blue. Went with 19x9.5 ET39 wrapped with 255/35/19 Michelin PSS. Everything seems good so far from a ride perspective and they definitely feel much lighter than the OEM flower petal wheels. The wheels have a very good amount of concavity in them, I was really impressed. They are pushed out probably as far as I'd feel comfortable with. You can see from some of the pics that the edge of the tire is a bit outside the wheel well. Yes, my car is dirty; I need to give it some TLC soon and add some dressing onto the sidewalls to darken them a little bit.

Next up is to drop the car with Bilstein PSS10s for improving the handling and also for lowering it a bit to improve the aesthetics. Along with the PSS10s I'm planning to tint the windows to complete the darker theme to the car's overall look. I feel these wheels will look a bunch better once that wheel well gap is brought down a bit by about 1.5". I'll add more pics to this once I get that done in a couple weeks or so.

I'm really digging these wheels.. excellent choice. I am curious of your 39 offset.. looks like its right on the fender. Aesthetically looks great, wonder if you will rub when lowered??

I'm hoping they won't either. I was told this should work and I've read and seen others on this forum that have the same size and lowered without issue. Forum member AudiS4TW has them in this post and is lowered...

I'm not planning to get control arms so I'm suspecting that a little bit of the negative camber will tuck these in a bit when it's lowered but I could be wrong. The issue that I've seen mentioned is the fender liner may rub but I'll have to try it out.
