The 2004 Audi maintenance schedule stops at 105k miles. Looking to the wisdom of the crowd here... what is the collective thought on preventative maintenance past the 105K mile mark.

I've always done frequent M1 0w40 oil changes (sooner of 5k or 9months as a recent job change has dropped my milage to ~5k/year) and followed the Audi recommended service intervals since day 1. I've also addressed problems as they have occurred (AC compressor, Power Steering Pump & Hose, 2 window regulators). Doing as many of the 'little things' myself (Oil, filters, brake pads/rotors, tire rotations, etc.)

From what the Service Department told me, it "rolls over" at 105k, e.g. it's the same as the initial 5k service. The 115k service is the same as the 15k service, etc.

The maintenance schedule says the intervals on stuff.

    1. Engine oil and filter changes every 10K miles. You are doing them every 5K which is even better.
    2. Pollen filter replacements every 20K past the first 15K so the next interval is 115K, then 135K, then 155K, etc.
    3. Spark plugs and engine air filter replacements every 60K past the first 55K so the next interval is 115K, then 175K, then 235K, etc.
    4. Brake fluid flushes every two years regardless of mileage.
    5. Clean the cowl area (where the battery is) and sunroof drains every 40K past the first 35K so the next interval is 115K, then 155K, then 195K, etc.
    6. Replace the serpentine belt every 75K miles so the next interval is at 150K, then 235K, etc.

The 115K service is a good amount of work.

All that is in addition to other stuff like setting tire pressure, checking the car over for leaks/damaged stuff, reseting the service reminder light, etc.

I would also flush my coolant every two years. Along with I would replace the fuel filter, change the power steering fluid, change the transmission fluid, and rear differential fluid every 60K miles when I change spark plugs and engine air filter too. That is if I was still stock or slightly modded but still NA. A heavily modded car requires much more maintenance for top performance all the time. Be glad that these cars are not FSI because they need a carbon clean like every 30k to 40K miles along with a lot of FSI guys need their fuel injectors cleaned/rebuilt/flow matched at the same time too.
