    Car rattles after scraping bottom

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Last night i scraped the bottom of my car decently bad then after 15 minutes of driving it now sounds like a rock trapped in a tin can shaking really loud. Too loud that it's embarrassing to drive now. It always does it when you hit 10 mph. Any ideas what it could be it sounds like it's coming from the drivers side. Maybe driveshaft or Bell housing?

No kidding. Could have climbed under there in less time than it took to post this thread. In all seriousness, we can all throw ideas of every possibility your way, but you taking a quick poke around under there will more than likely reveal your issue.

I bet heatshield too. I once ran over a dead rancoon or maybe something bigger than than and I was ting-ting-tinging-ting until I bent it back.

I've always wondered about threads like this. I mean, why not just get under it and find the problem?

The cats can break apart and the pieces will just bounce in the exhaust cuz they cant pass thru.

I had that happen to me on my Chevy.
