I don't know how they got authorization to do it, but these people are selling JHM parts, and if you're only getting one adjuster then your total price will be less through them than it would be through JHM. The difference is in the shipping, this place ships free but JHM charged me $15 to ship one sprocket. (I assume $15 is the minimum, since that's what they charged to ship it from CA to AZ. Which seems high considering I sent a used sprocket to the east coast for less than half of that, but whatever). I bought one through JHM anyways because I needed it ASAP and I assumed they would get it to me quicker than the other place in Canada, but they didn't have it in stock so it still took a couple weeks.
just thought some other audiziners might be interested. It was really surprising to see JHM parts being sold by another company, maybe it'll save someone a few bucks too. $15 isn't a lot of money but it's $15 more than you need to spend, there's no sense giving it away.
