    TTV B7 RS4 Flywheel for 2.7T

I was browsing for flywheels and clutch setups for when I remove my trans.

I've wanted a steel flywheel after hearing about the many shitty situations regarding Fidanza flywheels and decided it would be better to go this route.

TTV sounded like an excellent route and people love them. I've also read much about the B7 RS4 clutch upgrade for the RA4 flywheels and thought we could adapt these to work with our flywheels.

So, TTV beat it to the punch and is now offering two flywheels for the 2.7T. One for standard clutches and one for the B7 RS4 clutch. Linked herehttp://ttvracing.com/product/audi-s4...ufacturer=audi

The cost for this flywheel is a measly 30£ over the standard one, making upgrading to the B7 RS4 clutch that much easier. I asked Ben if the original hardware from the B7 RS4 clutch kit would be used to bolt the clutch to the flywheel. Still waiting on a response.

    Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, I can read and I already read that.

I'm asking about the HARDWARE from that clutch kit. Does it have to be modified to work with that flywheel or can I use the hardware that comes with the kit as is?

The flywheel bolts do not come with the flywheel. You will need to purchase the stock flywheel bolts.

Pressure plate bolts work across both the b7 and b5. I just picked up some M8x16 at the hardware store.

    Alright, so as I understand:

    -OEM flywheel bolts
    -OEM pressureplate bolts

This is everything needed to work with the B7 RS4 clutch kit and this particular flywheel?

I'm running a TTV b5 S4 flywheel with AMD clutch only have 100kms on it but so far so good. I really like it, the engine so much more free revving. The only con I've found is it makes a funny noise at low rpm. Not really chatter. Kind of like a scrapping sound. But I've been told by a couple friends that most aftermarket single mass flywheels have this issue due to the hollow bell shaped back of the FW.

Bumping an old thread. Will be installing a new TTV flywheel this weekend mated to a B7 RS4 PP. Does anyone have the part #'s they used for the flywheel bolts and PP bolts? If for sure they are just the OE bolts, I can look that up. Thanks.

This kit is OK for the TTV 2.7T>B7 RS4 clutch kit?
