I've finally joined the ranks, new 2008 S4 Avant!

Hello! Just bought this beauty last night and am super excited. 2008 Ibis 6MT with Platinum interior, 1 of 1, has the jhm 91 tune and they're short shifter with a neuspeed exhaust. Absolutely loving it and can't wait to do a little bit more wrenching with it.

If OP, theres NOTHING boring about a V8 S4 wagon....between maintenance and normal driving, its like a marriage to a latina; one minute you two are lovey-dovey then BOOM, you spend the next five trying to figure out why she mad at you

If me, I'm good for the "boring" life so I intend to keep it so with a potential purchase.

Did you go for the A8 rings for the hatch? think you'll keep the contrast of the front rings and pain them black?

Just try not to go over 3k rpms for the first 15-20 mins (depending on outside temps) while the near 10 litres of oil takes its long ass time to warm up to operating temps.

Have all the fun you want with it afterward :)

In the process of getting the pillars in headliner to Black and it will create a nice contrast in the interior

To fully answer your question, I am going to peel off the white plastidip so they are back to silver, and then get black A8 Rings off of Ebay to put on the back, and I have a darkened S4 badge I will be putting back on. Since it is an "S" car, I like to to have the badge on it personally.
