    Is is worth going with SRM K24's if I don't plan on doing rods? Would I get the same effect by just going with their KO4 hybrids?

    Not doing anything soon, just trying to plan the path. Not looking to make major power, just looking for replacements when the KO3's go. Not a track car or anything like that, just a family hauler to the shows.

    I see lot of people thinking of or running K24's but not sure if it's for me and I haven't heard any feedback on their KO4 hybrids.

    You'd need to have a conservative tune. Youre better off going with k04 for a faster spool up, however, it depends on how you'll use the power. The low tuned k24 will probably provide higher reliability since it will run cooler and more efficient.

    I don't track my car just daily drive it around town and I love the "fast" spool of k04.

    So, to sum up, depends on you.

    That's thee route I kept leaning to. Just wanted to see what others thought. I knew if I went with K24's it would need to be detuned or tuned down for safety reasons.
    I'm not one to redline it every chance I get, I do like the response I get with it even though only Stage 2.

    You're not going to bend on a rod on k24s and pump. Ultimately it's your choice. A bit more power or a bit more spool.
