    Good muffler options

I've searched and it seems everyone just gets a full exhaust, had funds not been tight when I bought my downpipes I would have bought a whole package....but here I am, my stock muffler has a broken baffle in it (or something) and makes a clicking sound when I'm on the gas, its also just too quiet, whats a good muffler I can fit in there so I can just pick one up and take it to the muffler shop, if I don't get my own I'm going to end up with some cheap muscle car brand one like a dynomax and probably not be happy lol, if its still too quiet I can take it back and get the res cut out. Thoughts on getting the stock tips welded back onto the new muffler?

I honestly would just deal with it until you have the funds for a full exhaust. You are going to spend money on the muffler and for the shop to weld in it in. That is a good chunk of change you could have used towards a full exhaust. I'd wait for a deal to come up on the classifieds for a quality used one (awe, borla, apr, mtm, etc). However, if I'd have to pick an off the shelf muffler I'd prob go with a magnaflow or a flowmaster.

well the CAD dollar is shit right now and a muffler and install would be sub 200, an SSAC exhaust is about 700ish CAD after all taxes and shipping are paid and theres nothing wrong with the rest of my stock exhaust. What is a good magnaflow p/n that fits in the stock location?

I have an XS power stainless system on mine and I love it, it was on the car when I bought it, but it was just clamped so I got it all welded up for only $80 at muffler man. XS power is pretty affordable as well IIRC.

I can post up a video of the exhaust if you'd like?

Or just go to the junk yard and see if you can snag one of an Audi there
