Exclamation Help needed making a decision on buying A5'13

Hi All... So I checked out this A5'13 with below specs:
    22k Miles
    Listed for $30k
    Auto
    15 months factory warranty left
    Clean exterior
Clean Carfax but NO detailed service history available on oil changes etc.
NO sport package (But I am ready to make a compromise :( )
19" Continental tires with 10 spoke oem wheels
    B&O system (Something to cheer)
    Black on Black color option
    Front tires showing wear

Need some recommendation on what should be the right offer based on condition?
Dealer has agreed for pre-purchase inspection if we agree on numbers.

    Thanks in advance!

I'd say go for it but Since is a safety issue tell them to put new tires on the car or discount $1000 in price and they will rather put new tires on the front. that way you will have no steering vibration and a smooth ride.

I picked up a 2013 A5 manual in midnight blue with black interior. Headlight package, heated seats with 31000 miles for 27000 about a month ago

I am in Dallas area and I have seen 38k mile driven car in white with same options minus navigation but new tires sell for 25-25.5k

Thats a good point! I will take that into consideration and see if he agrees! But there is no way for me to determine if the car has had regular oil changes etc. (something you have to bear with used car and hope all goes well moving forward)

It's a 13 is kind of a new car to be honest. what could go wrong. plus oil consumption they would if have to be 1 quart oil mandatory so is safe to say i guess.

I've got a 13 with no oil consumption issues. Have not had to add any between changes (about twice a year with the amount I drive)
