Knowledgeable and reasonable shop to do an engine drop on my C5 RS6? MD/DC/VA/PA/NJ?

Guys,

There are plenty of shops out there... I know that.

I am looking for one to do an engine drop to replace my turbo's. Car only has 85K miles - and my right turbo just started whining...

May as well also do the Timing Belt Service while at it.

Who recommends who? Best pricing?
