In all fairness, he is right. OP got a killer deal and they truly are worth more than $1,300 (most would argue hundreds less than $3k though).

I believe the original eBay ad mentioned that the set has between 20k-25k miles. 18k miles is close enough though.

I have no problem answering any questions you have about the kit if you're seriously interested in it. I will say there's NOTHING wrong with it and will stand by it with a 100% return policy.
I will also say even though it seems to be the kit referenced above I DID NOT buy it from eBay.

I will even offer to install it for you for free if you happen to be local or want to make the drive.
