    What is the install like on this? Do you need to drop the trans?

    Done it twice without dropping the tranny, it's definately more complicated than an exhaust install though, lift highly recommended.

    375 shipped... if you have pulley and software this the next best thing, and way cheaper than a catback... and the sound is just perfect at a 5th of the price...

    In the DSG the trans must be dropped. I have been to multiple different shops and asked about quotes install times etc... Had a place that said they could do it in 4 hours only to have them get it up in the air and call me to say the install would in fact be a necessary transmission drop and that it is an 11+ hour job. If you have a manual on the other hand... You are good to go! 4-5 hour install!

    We install them on DSG without dropping the trans... we also speak a different language, and it's def not an easy install.

    I wished I could ride my motorcycle all year!

    Having it done both tranny in and out, it really doesn't make it much easier. Key is to drop subframe and rear of engine a bit.
