    Running quad tips

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I'm looking to run dual tips on both sides with two Vibrant exhaust mufflers. For anybody who is running quad tips on their 2002+ 4.2 a6, how much fab work is required to fit the dual tips in the exhaust cutouts? Any help would be great!

    Thank you,
    Ian

You will need to trim the bumper. There are a bunch of threads if you look. A rubber molding (window trim molding if I remember) is a nice little way to clean up the look once you get the cut out in place. This is also a nice little write up from the bimmer forums http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/sh...Exhaust-Cutout
